Pella Fiber is such a great addition to the city services! We've been customers of Pella Fiber since it first went online in 2021. It has been so reliable, and fast. We've had one issue since we started the service. The service person arrived in less than 60 minutes from our initial call, was friendly, professional and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. This was in 2021, shortly after we went online haven't had any issues or down time since. Pella Fiber is so reliable, especially after our previous providers, it's great to have local service. We also enjoy the Pella Fiber channel content, and focus on local events, history, issues and sports. Thank you to the city and to the staff of Pella Fiber.
